Shipping & Returns
This policy applies to all orders placed at dermluxclinics.com/zoskinhealth, operated by DERMLUX LASER & AESTHETICS LTD, Cyprus.
Shipping
- — Clinic pickup — free. Collect from DermLux Paphos, Limassol (Gold), Nicosia or Larnaca. We contact you as soon as your order is ready.
- — ACS pickup point — €5. Delivery to any ACS Courier point across Cyprus.
- — Courier to your address — €10. Door-to-door delivery anywhere in Cyprus.
- — Free delivery on orders over €100 (ACS point or home delivery).
- — Orders are prepared within 1 business day and typically delivered within 1–3 business days (Monday–Saturday).
Returns — 14-day right of withdrawal
Under EU consumer law you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To be eligible for a return, products must be unopened, unused and in their original sealed packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetics that have been opened or unsealed after delivery cannot be returned unless defective.
To request a return, contact us within the 14-day window at hello@dermluxclinics.com or via WhatsApp, quoting your order number. You can return products by courier or hand them in at any DermLux clinic. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the product is defective or not what you ordered — in that case the return is free.
Once we receive and inspect the returned products, we refund you within 14 days using your original payment method.
Defective or wrong items
If a product arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will replace it or refund you in full, including any shipping costs. Your statutory warranty rights under Cyprus and EU law are not affected by this policy.
Deposits for clinic pickup
Pickup orders reserved with a 10% deposit: the deposit is non-refundable if the order is not collected, as stated at checkout. The 14-day withdrawal right above applies from the day you receive the products.
